Since CAI 7.4.3 RESTful Web Services is the standard way to integrate with Cross-advertising. In this section you can find documentation and resources to get started.

SOAP API - 860v1

Soap based webservices is the legacy API for integrating with Cross-advertising. This API is still maintained, but new development/features are foremost introduced in the rest-api.

Note! The java-xml-client generated by Enunciate and previously attached to the documentation has been removed because of not compatible code. Instead the distribution has a java-xml-client and samples to use for connecting to CAI via SOAP.

Database connection verification

The link below will fetch all customer types via the CustomerService REST API. It can be used to verify that you have a working database connection. To access the service, you will be asked to provide a Cross-advertising username/password.
